Sale Items are Final Sale and nonreturnable.
• All item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, fragrance-free and with tags still attached
• We cannot accept items that have been damaged or soiled.
• Shoes must be returned with their original packaging.
Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Six and Ten is responsible for return shipping ONLY if the wrong/defective product is received.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Please email email@example.com to receive an authorization number. All returns must be received within 7 calendar days after the authorization number is assigned. To complete your return, please include a copy of the original receipt and authorization number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 days.
If you are approved, a store credit will automatically be applied to your account.
